Studios and Self Catering Apartments
Stavros Villa Studios and Apartments are rated as Class A in self-catering accommodation, where A represents the best and E represents the most humble. This can be understood as quality but not necessarily luxury. Every apartment has air-conditioning, a wall safe box, a light marble floor, a tiled shower room with toilet, and a small dining table in a dining/sitting area with a sofa. All linen, bath towels, foot towels and beach towels are included, with linen and bath towels changed twice a week. A maid cleans and tidies for you every other day. A cot can be added where needed at no cost. Each individual studio and apartment has a small open-plan kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, 2-ring hob, toaster and kettle to answer your simple day-to-day self-catering needs, although it is not designed for elaborate cooking (and there is no dishwasher in the kitchenette) since the onsite taverna/restaurant is very popular with our guests.
Set right next to the beach, the accommodation is divided between three ground floor attractive mini-villas and a fourth large villa comprising a suite of ground-floor studio-apartments, generously situated amidst extensive gardens full of Oleander and aromatic 'Angeliki' bushes. Each VILLA is shaded from behind by palms, olive trees and house-high bamboos. A sense of traditional Greek design is preserved in the interior of the studios and apartments. They are comfortably furnished and well cared for.
A STUDIO has 1 double bed (or 2 singles), 1 sofa, 1 small dining table, a kitchenette with limited cooking facilities and fridge, 1 shower-room with toilet, back and front balcony. A STUDIO feels quite spacious for a couple, having, in addition to the sleeping area with sliding French window, a seating area with a sofa-bed, separated by a half wall. There are wooden shutter-doors to the front and an open-plan small kitchenette and a fully-tiled shower room. A studio sleeps 2-3 people. The interior of the studios gives a sense of traditional Greek design with their light marble floors, wooden shutter-doors and stone sinks.
A MEDIUM APARTMENT is two adjoining rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single sofa-beds, 1or 2 shower-rooms with toilet, 1 small dining table, a kitchenette with limited cooking facilities and fridge, back and front balcony. The room with two single sofa-beds also houses the kitchenette facilities, so providing seating and dining space by day and/or 2 beds by night. It sleeps 2-4 people. It is recommended more for families with young children rather than for adult couples sharing.
A LARGE APARTMENT comprises two separate rooms, with 1 double bed, two singles and a sofa-bed. A combination of wooden shutter-doors, curtains, blinds, light marble floor and French window allows a welcome breeze and shade in the hottest of weather. It sleeps 4-5 people.
We have 9 studios and 4 apartments; for large parties you can have a combination of studios and apartments, or an entire VILLA.Each apartment has air conditioning and a wall safe box. There is also a maid service provided, with rooms cleaned every 2 days and linen and towels changed twice a week. All apartments are on the ground floor and the beach is 2 minutes walk from the furthest apartments. The swimming pool and restaurant overlook the quiet beach.
