2009 Tariffs and Booking

When looking at the tariffs for the apartments, bear in mind an extra fold-up bed or cot can be added to provide anextra sleeping space for a child, or an extra adult can sleep in the sitting room on one of the sofas at no extra charge. The only extra cost could be heating in the winter or air-conditioning in the summer. Air-conditioning and heating are charged at 70 Euros a week, payable on arrival only if you choose it. All prices include taxes.

Tariffs for a Villa - Apartment per week in Agia Marina Despina Villa

Booking

To book a villa, or apartment, at Despina Villa in Agia-Marina a deposit of 50% is required (or 20% if booking before 30th January, then a further 30% on 1st February). You should fill in and sign the booking form provided, having read the booking conditions. The remainder will be due 3 weeks before arrival.

The maximum tariff for each individual apartment is decided by the Greek Tourist Organisation.

Methods of Payments

1. Bank transfer , to the account of: ‘Stavros Pardalakis, Account no: 668-002101-012430 , IBAN: GR25014066 80668 00210 1012430 , SWIFT: CRBAGRAAXXX at Alphabank, Platanias, Chania, Crete'. Please return the booking form by fax with a copy of your bank transfer to fax number 0030 28210 60631. Or, payment online will avoid bank transfer charges.
   
   
2. Paying online by Internet from our website through the Pireaus Bank of Greece and is an option if you prefer to book by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD). Payments can only be made in Euros.
   
   
3. Cheques If you are paying from the UK, send the booking form with your deposit to your payment to: L. Pardalakis 1 Linden Gardens, Tunbridge Wells Kent TN2 5QU . Cheques should be made payable to L. Pardalakis.
